Employment Opportunity - Development Coordinator
The Awareness Center, Inc. is the international Jewish Coalition Against Sexual Abuse/Assault. We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become our Development Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of fundraising. This is a volunteer position that can be made into a paid position by your successful grants
Experience Requirements:
Demonstrated Development experience, or an extremely motivated individual.
Familiarization with Jewish Nonprofit Organization, preferably educational (mental health).
Demonstrated Marketing Experience
Demonstrated success in the management and motivation of volunteer groups
Experience with development databases
Ability to interact well with donors, volunteers and administrative staff
Skills:
Excellent Project Management Skills
Excellent Management Skills
Excellent Written and Oral Communications Skills
Demonstrated Ability to work as a Team Player
Self Starter and Ability to Work Independently
Creativity
Basic Computer Skills
Familiar with database maintenance and report generation applications
High Energy
Confidence and Integrity coupled with Leadership and Results Oriented Management Style
Educational Background
Degree Preferred: Bachelors
